The short version

  • 14 giorni per cambiare idea. Decorrono dal giorno in cui ricevi l'orologio, e non serve un motivo.
  • Prima chiedi un numero di reso. Usa il modulo di contatto e indica il numero d'ordine.
  • Se cambi idea, la spedizione di reso è a tuo carico. Rispedisci l'orologio come preferisci, oppure usa la nostra etichetta prepagata e ne detraiamo il costo (13,90 € / 159 kr). Se l'orologio è difettoso, è arrivato danneggiato o abbiamo commesso un errore noi, paghiamo la spedizione in entrambe le direzioni.

0214-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This right comes from the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) and, if you live in Italy, the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, articles 52–59). Nutrition Pro bought on galaxyxplore.com is different: you ask for it to start straight away, so your right of withdrawal ends when it starts. The terms explain renewal and refunds.

03How to return

Ask for a return number through the contact form before you post the parcel. Add the order number from your confirmation email. Returns without a return number may be delayed.

Send the watch unused where practical, with all original accessories and packaging, to the address we give you with the return number.

04Return shipping

If you change your mind, return shipping is yours: send it back your own way, or use our prepaid label and we deduct its cost (€13.90 / 159 kr) from the refund. The label is optional, and the deduction is never more than the refund. If the watch is defective, arrived damaged or we made a mistake, we pay the shipping both ways and deduct nothing.

05Your refund

When you withdraw, we refund the price you paid and the standard delivery cost of your order. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the day you tell us you're withdrawing (we may wait until the watch is back with us).
