One GalaxyXplore account works on galaxyxplore.com and in the Nutrition app. Under Your account you manage orders, addresses, wishlist, profile and subscriptions, and any family or organisation plan you’re on.
02Cancel subscriptions before you delete
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. If you don’t cancel it first, it keeps renewing.
App Store: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions.
On galaxyxplore.com: Your account › Subscriptions › Manage web subscription. This includes a family or organisation plan you pay for.
03Deleting your account
Delete your account under Your account on galaxyxplore.com, or in the Nutrition app under More › Account › Delete my data. It deactivates the account at once. You can restore it for 90 days from the link in the email we send; then personal account data is erased for good.
Invoices and orders required by bookkeeping law remain, without the link to your account. Delete your data has the steps.
04Family and organisation plans
If you’re on someone else’s plan, leave it first under Your account › Family plan or Organisation. Your seat is then released, and the owner’s plan continues for everyone else. Deleting your account doesn’t take you off the plan by itself.
If you own a family plan, cancel it first. If you delete your account without cancelling, everyone on the plan keeps Nutrition Pro until the paid period ends, and for at least 30 days.
05Referral rewards
Free days of Nutrition Pro you haven’t used end when your account is erased. The referral record stays only as one-way hashes, so the friend’s discount can’t be claimed again with a new account.
