Warranty

Your rights first. Every product says what it covers.

Your rights when something you bought from us has a fault, and how to make a claim.

Answers are quoted word for word from this page.

The short version

  • Your legal rights come first. Norwegian and EU consumer law cover faults, whatever any warranty says.
  • Each product states its warranty. Its product page shows how long it lasts and what it covers.
  • One way to claim. Use the contact form with your order number.
  • Wait for our reply. We tell you the next step before you send anything back.

01How a warranty claim works

  1. 1Tell us about the faultWrite to us through the contact form with your order number.
  2. 2Add photos if they helpThey help us understand the fault faster.
  3. 3We tell you the next stepRepair, replacement or a refund, as the fault requires.

02Your legal rights

Consumer law protects you when a product has a fault. These rights are free, they come from the seller, Ovongiz AS, and no warranty or offer can take them away.

In Norway, the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) lets you complain about a fault for two years from delivery, or five years for products meant to last much longer. Tell us within a reasonable time after you notice the fault.

In Italy and the rest of the EU, the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, articles 128–135) and the EU rules it carries give you a legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. Tell us within two months of finding the fault.

You can ask us to repair or replace the product. If that isn’t possible, or doesn’t put things right, you can ask for a price reduction or your money back.

03Each product states its warranty

Some products come with a warranty from us on top of your legal rights. How long it lasts, what it covers and what it doesn’t are on that product’s page, under Warranty. For the GalaxyXplore GXS3, see the GXS3 warranty.

A product without its own warranty has the legal guarantee described above.

04How to claim

Write to us through the contact form and choose Returns and warranty. Add your order number, describe the fault and add photos if they help. We tell you the next step: repair, replacement or a refund, as the fault requires.

Don’t send anything back before we reply. We give you the address and what to include.

05Changed your mind instead?

A fault is a warranty matter. If the product works and you simply want to send it back, the returns page explains how.
