  • €13.90 return shipping. It comes off the refund, unless the watch is faulty or we made a mistake.

0214-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the watch, without giving a reason. This right comes from the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) and, if you live in Italy, the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, articles 52–59).

03How to return

Ask for a return number through the contact form before you post the parcel. Add the order number from your confirmation email. Returns without a return number may be delayed.

Send the watch unused where practical, with all original accessories and packaging, to the address we give you with the return number.

04Return shipping

A €13.90 return-shipping fee is deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

05Refund timing

Refunds go to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and check the return.

06Model withdrawal form
